A Meditation Guide

Providing private, corporate, and by-donation meditation classes for the DFW area.

I am a woman of diverse interestS, education, Expertise, and life experience.

My formal academic education culminated in dual B.A.s in Spanish Language and in Latin American & Iberian Studies from Southern Methodist University and continued immediately thereafter in an epicurean direction, with extensive coursework in cheese + cheese pairing through Molto Formaggio and Scardello Artisan Cheese, and further wine + spirits certification through the Guild of Master Sommeliers.

In recent years, I have become a certified NLP Practitioner and certified Hypnotherapist, as well as completing training in Cognitive Behavioral TherapyFlotation Therapy, and Integrative Wellness + Life Coaching, and becoming a Licensed Ordained Minister through the Universal Life Church

Through years spent in both the DFW area and Los Angeles, I have had the opportunity to work on multiple levels with a wide variety of people and companies - from major brands like Aston Martin and Equinox Fitness, to disruptive Silicon Beach startups, like CapLinked and Winc, Unplug Meditation, We Journey, and The MyIntent Project

In 2017, I transitioned to offering public classes and intuitive readings full time through The DEN MeditationMystic Journey Yoga + MeditationSoul Hum Studios, and KnockoutLA , as well as facilitating flotation therapy at Pause Float Studio in Marina del Rey, CA.

Approaching 2018, I have moved my practice back to my hometown of Dallas, TX and am currently offering group classes by donation, as well as private healing sessions and events.

Despite the multitude of my endeavors, I have always had an internal focus on the study and practice of meditation, spiritual attainment, and personal design of my own life experience.  I have been teaching meditation and offering wellness space business consulting for the last two years, after a request of instruction by my first student.
